We are looking for a dedicated Female Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative, HR and clerical tasks.|
The ideal candidate:
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Creating and distributing documents.
• Providing customer service to organization employees.
• Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators.
• Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment.
• Maintaining current HR files and databases.
• Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Receiving and sorting daily mail
